A 501(c)(3) non-profit

The story
isn't over.

ElevenEleven is a non-profit built by families who have lost people to addiction and suicide. We help connect those who are struggling with the right care, providers, and support — at the moment it matters.

Our Mission

Help shouldn't be the hardest part of asking for it.

Most people who reach out for support don't fail to find help because it isn't there. They fail because the path is unclear, fragmented, and exhausting. ElevenEleven exists to make that path obvious — for the person in pain and the people who love them.

Educate

Honest, accessible information about mental health and addiction — written for the people walking through it and the loved ones beside them.

Connect

A guided matching tool that helps individuals find the providers, programs, and support best suited to where they actually are right now.

Remember

Built by two families who lost people they loved to addiction and suicide. Every resource here exists because someone should have had it sooner.

Get Help

If you are in crisis right now, please reach out.

You don't have to be sure what you're feeling. You don't need to justify it. The resources below are free, confidential, and available 24 hours a day — staffed by people trained to listen.

Provider Matching Tool

A guided survey to find the right care for where you actually are.

Our matching tool is launching soon. It will ask a short series of questions about what you're experiencing and what feels manageable — then point you toward providers and programs aligned with your answers. In the meantime, reach out directly and we'll help you take the next step.

About ElevenEleven

Built from loss. For the people still here.

ElevenEleven was started by two families who have both lost people they love to addiction and suicide.

We learned, painfully, that knowing help exists is not the same as knowing where to find it — or how to choose between dozens of providers when you can barely get out of bed.

So we built the resource we wish we’d had. A place that explains things clearly. A tool that points you toward the right kind of help for your situation. And a steady reminder that the story isn’t over.

"The numbers are symbolic — and the semicolon represents 'not done yet' in the context of suicide awareness and prevention."

The meaning behind 11;11
A Reminder
"Your story isn't over; it's still being written — and the next chapter doesn't have to be written alone."

Stories of Hope: How ElevenEleven Has Helped

Share Yours

ElevenEleven helped our family find a path forward when we didn't know where to start. The guidance felt human — not like a directory.

Sarah M.
Mother & advocate

After losing my brother, I felt completely alone navigating resources. ElevenEleven pointed me to people who actually understood.

David R.
Family member

The matching approach made the difference. For the first time, the help I was offered actually fit where I was — not where someone assumed I should be.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Don't see what you're looking for? Reach out — we read every message.

The numbers 11:11 carry personal significance for our founders — a quiet reminder of the people we’ve lost and the people still here. The semicolon comes from Project Semicolon: a semicolon is used where an author could have ended a sentence but chose not to. The author is you, and the sentence is your life.
